Loona was born and raised in Hell, so magic comes to her as naturally as air. She uses magic to change her appearance - to either look human or more wolflike, but that's about the extent of her magical abilities. If anyone uses magic around her, she wouldn't bat at eye unless that magic was being used on her in combat or something similar. As for how she feels about it? She's neutral towards it. It helps her with her job, such as blending in with humans. But other than that, it's just a natural part of her. And she knows it's a natural part of Hell too, which is why it doesn't really bother her to see magic being used. As far as if she'd miss it if it was gone, it wouldn't really affect her all that much. Sure she'd be pissed if she lost her magical abilities, but Loona is more of a physical fighter so it wouldn't slow her down too much.
Protecting her dad. Loona wouldn't wish for herself, but she would wish for protection for her father, Blitzø. While she acts like she hates him, he is the only father figure she's ever known. And she JUST recently witnessed him almost get executed. That scared the hell out of her, enough to make her gain an appreciation for her adopted father figure. She doesn't want to see him die, no matter how much she beats up on him. If she got her wish, he'd never be in danger of dying ever again. She does love him, despite how she treats him. He's the one she ends up calling when things get bad for her, such as going to a party and embarrassing herself. And after the finale, she softens up to him a great deal. She even ends up calling him "dad" afterwards, which before she'd only call him by his name or some kind of insult.
Evanescene's "Do What You Want" comes to mind. For one, Evanescene's fits Loona's gothic aesthetic. But as far as the song itself, it speaks to Loona's heart. "Do What you Want" is a song about overcoming pain and suffering, which Loona is familiar with because she almost aged out of a Hellhound orphanage that didn't treat her very well. Up until her father adopted her, she's never been able to find a permanent family to stick. So Loona feels very much like the world doesn't want her, since she was always rejected up until she almost aged out of the orphanage. Other songs that would lure her are any punk or pop songs that are about being angry, misunderstood, or being rebellious. Since Loona is usually always angry or guards her emotions, she doesn't let her "true" self show very often. Music is a good outlet to express those emotions she keeps bottled up inside.
Loona is super aggressive and seemingly uncaring. This likely is because she was raised in a poorly run Hellhound orphanage for the majority of her life. It's not shown what happened at the orphanage, but signs point to her being treated poorly. The staff that runs the orphanage refers to Loona as a "nightmare" and has "various attitude problems". She's shown crying in her cell, and because of her age, it seems like either no one wanted her or she couldn't find a long-term family to settle down with. She's very aggressive to her other co-workers, and even beats up on her own adopted father. During combat, she really lets loose - tearing her opponents apart with her teeth and claws. She has very little morals, as she's willing to kill just about anyone and is even seen kicking a demon baby. Despite all her aggressive rage and seemingly not able to care about anyone - that's not really true. Deep down, she does care about I.M.P., her father and her coworkers. While destroying evidence of I.M.P. during a police raid, she ends up keeping the photo of their very first job, showing that she does have some sentimentality.

She's still like that. Loona is a Hellhound, creatures usually born in Hell and used as workers for whatever a person needs. Loona's role is receptionist for I.M.P, answering calls for clients who want to hire I.M.P. Loona is purposefully terrible at her job, uncaring as her role in the group. She consistently hangs up on clients, drinks before work, and can be seeing flipping through magazines at her desk. She steals other employees' lunches, is passive aggressive about Moxxie's weight, and insults her coworkers. Basically she's the worst coworker imaginable. Rarely, she'll take her job seriously - usually when the group is threatened and needs some kind of rescue, in which Loona is very good at tracking and fighting.
Loona's also very short-tempered, fueled by her doting adopted father, Blitzø. Blitzø adopted her as she was aging out of the foster care system, and she has stated that she doesn't need Blitzø to be her father, and that she was fine on her own. She almost seems to resent Blitzø for adopting her, despite how much he loves her and excuses her worst behaviors. But she does acknowledge that despite her adoptive father's screwups, he does try for her. And she seems to show regret when she genuinely hurts his feelings. When she tells Blitzø off for interrupting her conversation with Vortex, she tries to correct herself before he dismisses her and walks off. She tells Vortex that "he'll get over it" but seems to express regret for how she treated him. In other scenarios, she shows intense anger when she's interrupted, shut down, touched, or insulted. Blitzø tells the other members of I.M.P that she's "sensitive", to which she agrees she is. She grows closer to her adoptive father after nearly seeing him executed, even calling him "dad".
She is more perceptive of other people than she lets on, especially with Blitzø. During her and Octavia's talk about dads, she acknowledges that dads have issues and fuck up a lot, but that doesn't mean they don't have love towards their kids. She sees this in Blitzø, how he screws up a lot but genuinely does love Loona. Not that she doesn't kick Blitzø in the crouch the moment she and Octavia reunited with their dads, but she y'know, still acknowledges and knows that he loves her. And despite her lazy co-worker attitude at work, she can be a caring and attentive daughter at times. When Blitzø gets drunk at a party he and Loona are at, she takes him home and puts a very drunk Blitzø to bed. Also, Loona's talk with Octavia shows she can be kind and understanding of other's needs, as she tries to talk to Octavia and reassure her about her dad instead of just forcing her to come with her.
Deep down, Loona is wary of letting herself open up to people, or letting herself depend on others. She nearly aged out of a very crappy foster system, and wasn't well-regarded in the foster system, her caretakers seemingly glad to get rid of her as she nears turning 18. She does have moments where she shows sympathy, such as when she finds Octavia, she tries to offer a little bit of comfort to her after Octavia ran away due to being upset with her father. And if her team members are in trouble, she will try to come to the rescue... although sometimes she takes her sweet time to get there. Still, she is loyal to the team, and if they need help she will go out of her way to rescue them. When Moxxie and Blitzø gets captured, she takes the situation seriously and while reluctant to get involved due to the danger, Millie convinces her to go rescue them.
Loona, being from Hell, has seen and knows of the worst of humanity. She has a low opinion of people on Earth, assuming the worst about people. Since she was raised in Hell, she can come off as cruel, violent, saying awful things to people she knows. She tries to watch herself while during missions on Earth, trying to blend into as a human. She seems to know how to blend in with humans well enough, as she's the only one who manages to find Octavia on Earth when she runs away. She also has a "Sinstagram", a parody of Instagram, which she uses constantly.
Loona also is pretty intelligent, able to help the team due to her tracking ability. She's able to track down Blitzø and Moxxie after they're kidnapped, break in a "Men in Black" style compound with the help of Millie, and uses Octavia's Sinstagram to track her throughout LA and eventually find her. Despite being socially awkward, she's able to use her human disguise to know how to mingle with other people. She at the very least, is better keeping a low profile with humans.

Loona was busy pulling some twigs out of her hair, teeth barred in a growl. No one else was around to hear her complain - no one, except a small white and red fox that's been following her through the forest. Loona's not really sure how she got so much crap in her hair, though she imagines it'd be worse with her usual fur...
... She kind of wishes she had her fur. Or was able to revert back to her normal body. But despite her best attempts, she seems to be stuck as a human. It's strange, she's never lost control of her powers before. Well, the rules here seem to work differently here. Apparently this place doesn't trust you to take a piss by yourself without some little creature following you around.
And uh, it's getting kind of weird that her da - Blitzo is taking so much time to get to her. Shouldn't he be here by now? He was looking for her, right? She knows he would. He's probably freaking out right now-
Ugh, get it together Loona. She turns to the little fox Pokemon, a... Zorua? Despite her best efforts, she's failed to scare him off.
"So uh, this stuff is pretty normal to you, right?"
The Zorua chirps in response. She's not sure if that's a yes or no. Ugh, why does she need this little guy following her? And does he even have a name other than just "Zorua"? That's his species name, right?
"Well, when we get to town, I'm introducing you to coffee. I think we both could use one, once we get out of this shithole."
The Hisuian Zorua doesn't respond, but follows her. He stops when she trips over a rock and tumbles to the ground. There's a loud "FUCK!" as she falls, planting into the ground face down.

Blitzo adopted her as she was aging out of the foster care system, and she has stated that she doesn't need Blitzo to be her father, and that she was fine on her own. She almost seems to resent Blitzo for adopting her, despite how much he loves her and excuses her worst behaviors. But she does acknowledge that despite her adoptive father's screwups, he does try for her. And she seems to show regret when she genuinely hurts his feelings. When she tells Blitzo off for interrupting her conversation with Vortex, she tries to correct herself before he dismisses her and walks off. She tells Vortex that "he'll get over it" but seems to express regret for how she treated him. In other scenarios, she shows intense anger when she's interrupted, shut down, touched, or insulted. Blitzo tells the other members of I.M.P that she's "sensitive", to which she agrees she is.
Deep down, Loona is wary of letting herself open up to people, or letting herself depend on others. She nearly aged out of a very crappy foster system, and wasn't well-regarded in the foster system, her caretakers seemingly glad to get rid of her as she nears turning 18. She does have moments where she shows sympathy, such as when she finds Octavia, she tries to offer a little bit of comfort to her after Octavia ran away due to being upset with her father. And if her team members are in trouble, she will try to come to the rescue... although sometimes she takes her sweet time to get there.
Loona, being from Hell, has seen and knows of the worst of humanity. She has a low opinion of people on Earth, assuming the worst about people. Since she was raised in Hell, she can come off as cruel, violent, saying awful things to people she knows. She tries to watch herself while during missions on Earth, trying to blend into as a human. She seems to know how to blend in with humans well enough, as she's the only one who manages to find Octavia on Earth when she runs away. She also has a "Sinstagram", a parody of Instagram, which she uses constantly.

"Well, this sucks Satan's dick."
Loona was busy pulling some twigs out of her hair, teeth barred in a growl. No one else was around to hear her complain - no one, except a small white and red fox that's been following her through the forest. Loona's not really sure how she got so much crap in her hair, though she imagines it'd be worse with her usual fur...
... She kind of wishes she had her fur. Or was able to revert back to her normal body. But despite her best attempts, she seems to be stuck as a human. It's strange, she's never lost control of her powers before. Well, the rules here seem to work differently here. Apparently this place doesn't trust you to take a piss by yourself without some little creature following you around.
And uh, it's getting kind of weird that her da - Blitzo is taking so much time to get to her. Shouldn't he be here by now? He was looking for her, right? She knows he would. He's probably freaking out right now-
Ugh, get it together Loona. She turns to the little fox Pokemon, a... Zorua? Despite her best efforts, she's failed to scare him off.
"So uh, this stuff is pretty normal to you, right?"
The Zorua chirps in response. She's not sure if that's a yes or no. Ugh, why does she need this little guy following her? And does he even have a name other than just "Zorua"? That's his species name, right?
"Well, when we get to town, I'm introducing you to coffee. I think we both could use one, once we get out of this shithole."
The Hisuian Zorua doesn't respond, but follows her. He stops when she trips over a rock and tumbles to the ground. There's a loud "FUCK!" as she falls, planting into the ground face down.
It's gonna be a long journey.
